Privacy Policy

Parcel Radar ("the app") is published by Alexarix Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Tracking numbers and names you give parcels. Sent to our servers and to our tracking data provider (17TRACK) to fetch shipment status.
• An anonymous device identifier. A random ID created by the app. It links your parcels and subscription; it is not tied to your name.
• Push notification token, if you allow notifications, to send you status updates.
• Subscription status, processed by Apple and by Adapty (our subscription management provider).
• Forwarded emails, if you use the forwarding address: we extract tracking numbers from the message and discard the message.

We do not collect your name, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell personal data.

Gmail import

If you choose to connect Gmail, the app requests read-only access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly) to find shipping and order emails.

• Emails are fetched and read only on your iPhone. Their content is never sent to, stored on, or processed by our servers or any third party.
• Only the tracking numbers found in those emails leave your device, and only to fetch their status as described above.
• The access token is stored in your iPhone's Keychain. You can disconnect in the app's settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI models, and do not allow humans to read it.

Parcel Radar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

17TRACK (shipment data), Cloudflare (hosting), Apple (payments, notifications), Adapty (subscriptions). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a parcel in the app removes it from your list on our servers. To delete everything linked to your device, email support@alexarix.com with the device ID shown in Settings; we delete it within 30 days.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
